BMI (Body Mass Index) - this is the general referral to body size. It compromises of Height vs Weight. Of course it is not truly accurate as it does not account for muscle mass (muscle weighs more than fat). However, this is what a doctor will look at, and most importantly - ALL THOSE RESEARCHES YOU HERE ABOUT ARE INVALID AS THEY MAINLY USE THIS METHOD OF COLLECTING AVERAGE MASS!!

Here lies a body fat estimate - clearly this cannot be truly representable as there are no scales or electrodes present, so feel free to get a rough estimation of your body fat percentage.
